About Us
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
(Acts 2:42)
Our church is built of families who love God and one another, and have chosen to live lives that make an impact in this world. People from all walks of life, none better than another, but all in need of God's love and desiring to have a relationship with Him! From that comes a joy and love for people.
We believe that the church must be devoted to these teachings:
Reading and obeying God’s Word, the Bible. (Matthew 4:4)
Loving one another as Jesus loved us. (John 13:34-35)
Remembering Jesus through communion and through our lives. (Luke 22:19)
Praying to God on a regular basis. (Luke 18:1)
Statement Of Faith
We believe that Jesus is the son of God, and all people can be saved through Him.
We believe in one eternal God, who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three persons: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is full of Truth and Grace.
We believe the Bible is God's inspired word. It is accurate, authoritative, and useful to our everyday lives.
We believe that all have sinned and fall short, and our salvation is wholly dependent on God's grace.
We believe that Jesus is both fully human and fully divine. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead to bring freedom to this world.
We believe that we enter into God's grace through our faith in Him and by sharing in the death, burial and resurection of his Son, through the waters of baptism.
We believe that we are called to a life of discipleship by following in the footsteps of our Lord Jesus, and we are to teach others to do the same.
We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells within every disciple to empower them to complete the great commision given to us by Jesus.
We believe that the church is the representation of Christ body here on earth. While it is made up of many parts we know that Christ is at the head.
We believe that becasue of Jesus' sacrifice and example that we are called to live righteously, and to live in a manner worthy of our calling.
We believe that Christ will return again to set the captives free and to bring his final judgement upon this world.
